SpineMED
SpineMED therapy is an innovative, non-surgical procedure for treating back and neck pain caused by intervertebral disc problems. Our spine is subjected to high levels of stress every day, which leads to constant pressure on the intervertebral discs. The SpineMED table specifically counteracts this pressure: Through gentle, computer-controlled stretching of the spine, the pressure inside the intervertebral disc is reduced. This negative pressure can help retract protruding intervertebral disc tissue and improve the supply of fluid and nutrients to the tissue, which stimulates regeneration.
The procedure is particularly suitable for patients with disc protrusions or herniations, sciatica, or facet joint syndrome. The treatment is painless and is performed while the patient is lying down and fully clothed. As one of the first practitioners of this technology in Germany, we have extensive experience with this procedure.
